THE WRITING RULES OF THE FULL PAPER TEXT

The full text is to be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
The full text is to be prepared not to exceed 30 pages (including the text, graphics, references and all attachments).
The format is to be as follows:
Times New Roman, as block paragraphs with 1,5 line spacing, with 3,5 cm right-left and top-bottom margins
Turkish and English abstracts between 100 and 300 words
The title in the middle in 14 type-size with the first letters in capital and black
The name of author/authors in the middle in 12 type-size
The institutions of author/authors in the middle in 12 type-size
The main titles in the middle in 12 type-size with all the letters in capital and black
The sub-titles flush left in 12 type-size with the first letters in capital and black
The text as 12 type-size block paragraphs with 1,5 line spacing
Titles of graphics, tables and photographs in 12 type-size in black.
A blank line between the parts of the text
The first letters of the titles belonging to tables and figures in capital, others small
The quotations in the text and in the notes in parenthesis in the order of surname/s of the author/s and date of publication
References in last part of the paper and aligned alphabetically according to the surnames of the authors.
